Equipment Expense Analysis Report

This report will tell you how much a vehicle or piece of equipment is costing you in fuel costs, scheduled maintenance and repairs based on information you have entered in the program through Fuel Tags and Work Orders. 

Go to Reports > Equipment Expense Analysis Report.

Starting Date

Enter the earliest date for which you would like to search for equipment expense.

Ending Date

Enter the latest date for which you would like to search for equipment expense.

Department

If you only want to include one department in this report, enter the department name here.

If you would like to print this report including all departments, or you have not set up multiple departments, leave this entry blank.

Type of Equipment

If you only want to include one type of equipment in this report, enter that equipment type here. You may press [F4] or click on the lookup button to get a lookup window of equipment types.  Click on the equipment type from this list to select it.
