Foreign Country Code Entry

If an employee has a foreign mailing address, you will need to set up a Country Code to select on their Employee File.

Note  A Country Code does not need to be set up for the United States.  Only set up entries in the Country Code Entry for foreign countries that employees have mailing addresses in.

To set up Country Codes, go to Payroll > Setup > Foreign Country Code Entry.

Type in the Code and Country Name.

Anything entered on this list will be available in the Country selection on the Employee Entry window.
