Safety Meetings Records
The Safety Meeting feature allows you to enter information about safety training meetings, print signoff sheets for employees that you keep for your records, and track which employees have received training/attended safety meetings.
Go to Payroll > Safety Meetings > Safety Meeting Records. The following window will open:
Meeting #
The program assigns each meeting record a unique ID number. Leave this blank if you are making a new entry. If you need to edit an existing record and you know the ID number, enter it here. You can also press [F4] or click on the lookup button to see a list of existing safety meeting records.
Date
Enter the date of the safety meeting.
Subject
Enter a brief note about the subject of the meeting
Conducted By
Enter the name of the person who conducted the meeting.
Starting Time / Ending Time
Enter the starting and ending time for the meeting. Enter only the hours and minutes; the colon that separates the hours and minutes is automatically displayed.
Comments
Enter more details and/or notes about the meeting.
Employee List
If you want to print a sign-off sheet for employees, enter all employees expected to attend the meeting in this grid. After the meeting, you can delete any employees that weren't there so that only employees that attended are listed.
You can enter either an employee's account number, their name key, or press [F4] to get an employee lookup list.
Printing a Safety Meeting Record Sheet
Click on this button (or press [Ctrl]+[P]) to print a safety meeting record sheet. The Printer Selection window will appear for you to select a printer. Employees can sign this sheet and you can retain it for your records.
