Payroll Wage and Tax Summary by Employee Overview

The Payroll Wage and Tax Summary by Employee is very similar to the Wage and Tax Summary. The difference is that this report delivers the information on an employee basis.

Go to Payroll > Reports > Wage and Tax Summary by Employee.

Starting / Ending Check Date

Enter the date range for this summary by entering the starting and ending check dates. Press [F4] to access a date picker.

Compile

After choosing the dates, click this button before previewing or printing the report. This requires to see accurate information.

Report to Select

Select which summary you would like to see. Select from Federal 943/941 Taxes, Federal 940 Taxes, or State Taxes.
